Daryk has over two decades of professional work experience growing a venture backed startup in Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group investment portfolio (Virgin Pulse), leading brand strategy for the lifestyle & fashion business unit at Reebok (Reebok Classic) & co-founding and leading the early stage growth of a new business unit in Walmart (Walmart Business). In his most recent role at Walmart Business, he served on the extended leadership group as a Marketing Director helping to manage a multi-million dollar budget, as the head of Walmart's first B2B membership loyalty rewards program (Walmart Business+) and as the head of business development partnerships (e.g. American Express). He has also had various analyst & management roles in finance, retail, & CPG. Outside of work, Daryk spends his time co-creating lasting memories with his family of five and their rescue dog. Daryk also served on the Board of Advisors at the Overtown Youth Center in his hometown Miami, Florida, serves as a head coach in the Metro Boston NFL Flag Football youth league and performs professionally as a live DJ at social clubs and private events. Daryk graduated with cum laude honors from Harvard College and earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management on a Dean's Fellowship.
